General Terms & Conditions: A non-refundable deposit of 33% of the total cost must be paid before we accept confirmation of the booking. Once a booking has been requested we will hold the booking for a period of five days until we receive the deposit. After this time, if no payment is received the dates will be released. The balance due for the rent must be paid in cash in full in Euro's (currency) the day of your arrival. Check-in time: 4 p.m. local time; Check-out time: 10 a.m. local time. Guests can store their baggage at our luggage store for free of charge. Late check-in: if you are going to arrive late, please let us know. We will arrange for you to check in at any hour. Sorry but pets of any kind are not allowed in our properties. The Owner may require the Guests to pay a security deposit on arrival at the Property at the beginning of the Holiday. The security deposit will be refunded by the Owner at the end of the Holiday, less any costs for damage and breakages. Any breakages or damage should be reported to the owner, this is important to us because we need to ensure that the next guests have everything in place for their visit.
